One Big Mirror Spell

This post is for anyone who isn't deluded about what is appropriate for a masked man to do to an American citizen in the middle of the day. This post is for people who have held onto their humanity and empathy, and are hurting deeply every day because we *still" give a shit.

This post is for anyone that is struggling to balance every day tasks while also wondering if that dude who threatened to kill you on the Internet because you're a feminist isn't polishing his gun because now the top "leadership" keeps condoning murder.

This post is for people who are tired, so very tired, of liars.

There is a bit of spellwork that can help. I think a collective reminder and a collective voice that says "you aren't wrong. The offender actually left proof and you aren't crazy to talk about it". It really happened.

All I want is for people to be honest. Trauma isn't just the terrible things happening, it's the people who protect the abuser, make excuses for them, make it YOUR fault that they hurt you... That's the trauma and it's happening on a national level.

If you wish that some people could just FACE their actions and stop lying to themselves and to you about what that impact has been... Write their name down on a piece of paper. Place the side with their name on it towards the mirror and tape it in place. With your whole spirit, say that they need to face themselves and realize what they've done. Imagine how much society would improve if that happened? If the selfish realized it? If the narcissist who has been blaming everyone else for their unhappiness just... Fucking figured it out that they've built a miserable existence for themselves? If a murderous man just...said... I screwed up? In a world that seems allergic to accountability - I wish a mirror revelation on it. See what you've done, see your responsibilities and stop. Hurting. Other. People.
